Applications
Low pressure gas cylinders are designed for use with nonreactive gases that store best when under minimal pressure. Their unique formation allows you to minimize storage costs and maximize volume. At Sharpsville Container, our low-pressure gas cylinders can be used for everything from calibration gasses and specialty gasses to refrigerant storage. Our cylinders are DOT-approved and are available in various sizes and customization options.

Our Low-Pressure Gas Cylinders
Sharpsville Container offers a line of carbon steel cylinders in refillable and disposable configurations. We make our gas cylinders from 1008/1010 cold rolled steel with copper brazed in a vacuum brazing furnace. We can also create low-pressure cylinders with 240-600 psi and sizes from 25 milliliters to 2.4 liters. Our cylinders are certified by the DOT-4B and DOT-39-NRC.
We sell the following low-pressure gas cylinder models for use with calibration gasses, specialty gasses and refrigerants.
Customization Options
In addition to our line of low-pressure cylinders, we also offer customization options for sampling cylinders and integral valve cylinders. We can create any custom low pressure sampling cylinder you need with our numerous stock tooling options, including custom sizes, dip tubes, outlets and CGA fittings.
