- Fabrication: We use advanced Davi forming rolls and precision shears to shape vessels, along with specialized welding equipment for 10-16 gauge material thickness.
- Regulatory testing: Our custom drums and kegs undergo rigorous hydrostatic and pneumatic testing to verify structural integrity and meet UN/DOT or ASME standards.
- Passivation: Our dedicated acid room features large-capacity dip tanks up to 108″ deep that allow us to fully submerge vessels to remove free iron and promote long-term durability.
- Electropolishing: This electrochemical process smooths the metal surface at the microscopic level, reducing bacterial attachment points for high-purity applications, as required in the pharmaceutical and semiconductor industries.
