• Process Vessels

  Our experienced engineers will custom design your process vessels to meet your specifications. We can fabricate process vessels and other equipment using stainless steel or special alloys to meet all industry standards. All vessels are electropolished in house.

• Fermenters

  SCC offers custom design and fabrication specific to the customer’s processing needs for fermentation in the Beer, Wine, Chemical, and Pharmaceutical Industries. Sizes vary from small diameters to 14’ OD and up to 20,000 gallon in volume.

• Disposable Reactor

  This versatile, deep drawn container is an ideal single use vessel for both Pharmaceutical and Biotech applications. This reactor features a 3 inch ferrule for standard inlet and outlet connections, a 60G max PSI at 250°F, silicone connection and filter, and a reusable electric heating mantle.

• Portable Vessels

  Our portable pressure vessels can be custom designed for your application. These vessels can be made from a variety of alloys from higher grade stainless steel to hastelloy. All vessels will meet the ASME “U” or “UM” code.

• Jacketed Tanks

  Our cylindrical jacketed tanks are custom made to satisfy your process, mixing, and temperature control requirements. Built from 304, 304L, 316, or 316L stainless steel. Our jacketed tanks can be easily adapted to meet your dimensional requirements and all standard sizes have optional features that allow for made-to-order solutions for your specific application.

• Heat Exchangers

  SCC specializes in the manufacturing of corrosion resistant heat exchangers and immersion heater technologies. Our team of engineers can assist with the design to meet any custom application. Additionally, we offer many standard applications. Our line of heat transfer products provides a wide range of features to meet the needs of your specific application.

• ASME Pressure Vessels

  These portable vessels are ideal in UN/DOT and ASME applications and come standard with a 2B pickled sanitary finish. The 6” stainless steel top ferrule provides you with filling and dispensing versatility. These ASME pressure vessels come in sizes ranging from 1 to 5,000 gallons.

• 10 Liter Bio Storage Vessel

  This versatile, deep drawn container features 240 grit sanitary finish minimum with electropolish surface finish from 12-18 RA (other finishes available) and an ASME code stamped at 100PSI. Silicone connections and filters are among the optional features.

• Reactors

  Reactor Vessels can be designed and supplied complete with an agitation system, bottom outlet valve, thermal insulation and instrumentation installed.  Heating/cooling is usually by either a conventional jacket or a limpet coil.  All electropolishing is done in house.
