• Jacketed Tanks

  SCC’s cylindrical jacketed tanks are custom made to satisfy your process, mixing, and temperature control requirements. Built from 304, 304L, 316, or 316L stainless steel, our jacketed tanks can be easily adapted to meet your dimensional requirements. All standard sizes have optional features that allow for made-to-order solutions for your specific application.

• Heat Exchangers

  SCC specializes in the manufacturing of corrosion resistant heat exchangers and immersion heater technologies.  Our team of engineers can assist with the design to meet any custom application.  Additionally, we offer many standard applications. Our line of heat transfer products provides a wide range of features to meet the needs of your specific application.

• ASME Pressure Vessels

  These portable vessels are ideal in UN/DOT and ASME applications and come standard with a 2B pickled sanitary finish.  The 6” stainless steel top ferrule provides you with filling and dispensing versatility.  These ASME pressure vessels come in sizes ranging from 1 to 5,000 gallons.

• Pipeline Sample Cans

  These stainless steel containers will allow you to take a sample and analyze the contents in the most eco- friendly way.  The containers can be designed to fit your specific needs with a variety of fail safe options, from manual float shutoff valves to level sensors, available to you.  Available in 3, 5, 10 and 15 gallon sizes.

• Skid Systems

  SCC will customize the design and fabrication of automated skid process systems to meet your exact requirements. Our system specialty includes CIP, mix and blend, as well as hot water systems. Each system will be pre-piped, wired and tested before installation in your factory.
