Sharpsville Container Corporation designs and fabricates a wide variety of custom products focused on the industrial manufacturing market. Whether the need is for an ASME pressure vessel, a UN/DOT transport vessel or a specialized storage container, SCC can meet your specification. A variety of ASME heating and cooling surfaces are available in either single wall or insulated with outer jacket configurations. Custom engineered tanks are our specialty and exceeding your expectations is our mission.

  • Jacketed Tanks

    Our cylindrical jacketed tanks are custom made to satisfy your process, mixing, and temperature control requirements.  Built from 304, 304L, 316, or 316L stainless steel,  our jacketed tanks can be easily adapted to meet your dimensional requirements. All standard sizes have optional features that allow for made-to-order solutions for your specific application.

  • ASME Pressure Cans

    We offer a complete line of small ASME rated cans.  These cans are available in a number of configurations to meet your demands.  The standard can is rated at 130 PSI at 250°F and comes with ASME certification.  These cans are available in standard designs or custom designs as required by your specific application.

  • Heat Exchangers

    SCC specializes in the manufacturing of corrosion resistant heat exchangers and immersion heater technologies.  Our team of engineers can assist with the design to meet any custom application. Additionally, we offer many standard applications. Our line of heat transfer products provides a wide range of features to meet the needs of your specific application.

  • DOT Transport Tanks

    As a UN/DOT certified fabrication shop we offer custom transport tanks in a variety of metals including stainless, hastelloy, carbon steel, and other nickel alloys. Because our tanks are custom made, they can be designed to fit your specific requirements.  Depending upon your need, we can design and fabricate to meet all special provisions needed for hazardous material transport.

  • Reservoirs

    SCC will design and custom build your reservoirs to meet your specification. Because our reservoirs are custom built any and all accessories are available to you depending on your project and the size of the reservoirs.
